Lifetime Warranty

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our products for the duration of the life of your device. Just as you would expect any other consumer goods, such as a pair of leather shoes or jeans, things do wear out over time.

The Sale of Goods Act deems the goods 'not faulty' if they perform as intended for  6 months. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and we think the product should last for the lifetime of your device. For most people, this is around 24 months for a MacBook or iPad. Over 24 months, the Lifetime Warranty is at our discretion.

The litmus test that we use to consider if an item is faulty is: “Has this product stood the test of time for long enough to show there was no manufacturing defects with the product?

If not, then if any product fails to function as intended as a result of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, your product should be covered under the terms of our warranty.  Our warranty does not cover damage that occurs due to normal wear and tear, neglect, accidents, or exposure to extreme temperatures or water.

We always strive to keep all our customers happy and do so in-line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Distance Selling regulations.

Please note that your Lifetime Warranty starts on the date of purchase.  The Lifetime Warranty will not be renewed upon replacement of the product.
